St. John’s Episcopal Church is a family-sized church in West Point, Virginia, a small town at the confluence of three rivers in Tidewater Virginia.

Our members are a mix of long-time attendees and newcomers, who all find a supportive community in the church. We are united in corporate worship and ministry to others, within and outside our congregation. We are people who want St. John’s to continue as a vital spiritual force in our lives, our families’ lives and the life of the larger West Point area community.

We focus on fostering mutual supportiveness within the church family, welcoming others at corporate worship, providing for the needs of members of our congregation and their families who are sick, shut-in or in some kind of distress, and participating in church activities.

We value the children of our church family highly and involve them in our worship and activities in every way we can.
